Hi guys, I can't get this idea out of my head.
How about swapping the entire battery on a dedicated station at the highway?
That way, you would have a full driving range capacity for the rest of the trip within the duration of a coffee break.
This does not only make the recharge-process quicker, it also increases the battery life-time. The batteries can therefore be charged at lower voltage for many hours instead of dumping energy via fast charger. Thus, the battery lasts longer --> lower expenditures and better for the environment.
What do you think?
